Hi everyone!
Yesterday I returned from 4 1/2 months in hospital where I had three brushes with death.
I’m home now and though I’’m still pretty weak, I feel stronger and stronger as each day passes.
Thanks for your patience.
Best to you all.
– Rafe
Hi Rafe,
Good to hear that you are back in the saddle and ready to do “stuff” as things permit.
Just take it one day at a time – you have had a serious three and a half months, but you survived it all. Can’t keep a good man down eh!
Thanks
Welcome back!
Rafe:
For years many people like myself have valued your opinion, particularly at this time where political reporting is so dominated by corporations and their editors that maintain slants on certain pet issues. We all know how infuriating the current political climate is with its lack of accountability and transparency. I would hope that in lieu of your current health issues you might recluse yourself entirely from following politics and writing about it so as not to subject your health to increase risk that is the result of seething anger that is a natural by-product of witnessing what is the status quo for political reporting / coverage in our Province.
I wish all the best and a speedy recovery to a treasured individual who tirelessly fights “the good fight”.
Justin
I am so glad. You are always missed.

Rafe,
I hope that your recovery is continuing well. I truly miss your presence “on the scene” but if anybody deserves a well-deserved break, it’s Your Good Self.
Take good care,
Allan Pisko
I hope that you are enjoying the start of summer and taking care of yourself 😀
